Rogers RT5870 high-frequency board
Product description
Material Properties
RT5870 is a glass microfiber reinforced PTFE composite material designed primarily for precise strip and microstrip line circuit applications.
The random orientation of micro glass fibers ensures good consistency in the dielectric constant of this material.
The dielectric constant between different plates of RT5870 laminated board remains consistent and constant over a wide frequency range. The low dissipation factor extends the application of RT5870 laminated boards to the Ku band and upper frequency bands.
RT5870 material is easy to cut and process into shapes, and has good resistance to various cold and hot solvents or reagents used for etching printed circuits or electroplating edges and through holes.
